What you buy in our webshop is sent in your direction with a lot of love and a good dose of passion.
If you are not 100% convinced of your order, you can return it by taking the following steps.
Return an item by post
Please let us know by email within 14 days from the day of delivery contact@studiopaus.com and let us know which item you would rather not keep. Could you also include the order number? We will then quickly find your order.
You can return your item via the parcel service of your choice (you pay shipping costs yourself) to the following address:
studio paus, Zuidstationstraat 3/c, 9000 Ghent, Belgium.
If you opt for a voucher, we will provide you with one for the full amount of the returned items as soon as we receive them undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging. If you opt for a refund for your returned item(s), we will refund the amount to your account. This refund will be made using the same payment method with which the order was initially placed.
Did you benefit from shipping at the expense of studio paus (free shipping) because your order reached the minimum threshold for free delivery? Please note that in the event of a partial return, the remaining purchase amount may fall below that threshold. In that case, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs from the amount to be refunded. You will therefore receive the purchase price of the returned items, minus the standard shipping costs that were initially waived.
If you opt for local pick-up (= collecting the order in the store with the option to try on, feel and look on site), the right of return will lapse.
Items that you purchased online at a discount price are also covered by the statutory right of withdrawal. You can therefore return it within the specified period. The refund will be made on the basis of the price actually paid by you. Personalized products (jewelry), on the other hand, cannot be exchanged or returned. Briefs and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned - for hygienic reasons.
For offers where multiple products are purchased together at a link discount or bundle price (hereinafter: “bundle”), the bundle counts as one composite offer. If you, as a consumer, exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the entire bundle in one go. It is not possible to return only part of the bundle and keep the remaining products while retaining the applied discount. If you return only part of the bundle, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to recalculate the discount and charge the difference between the bundle price paid and the regular price of the retained products.
Return an item to studio paus
If you prefer to keep it a bit more personal, you can also bring your item into the store. You will then pay no shipping costs and we will also get to know each other offline.
We can only take back undamaged items that are still in their original and intact packaging.
Regarding the refund (in the form of a voucher or a refund), the same conditions apply as for returns by post.

Exchange a purchased item
You can exchange your order for free. Please let us know within 14 days of delivery contact@studiopaus.com. You are then more than welcome in our store and you can exchange your item for another item that will make the corners of your mouth rise. We can only exchange items that are still in their original and intact packaging. We cannot exchange discounted items. We cannot exchange briefs and swimwear - for hygienic reasons.
If it is difficult to get to us, you can also return your item at your own expense via the parcel service of your choice (see above). Your order will then be refunded and you can place a new order.
