When will my order be shipped?

We do our utmost to get your order to your shoot as quickly as possible. At the same time, we try to find a nice balance between work and family, so it may take three to five working days before your package is in the mail. This often works sooner, but we prefer to give you a realistic timeframe than make empty promises. We are not and do not want to be a well-oiled machine like the giants in Pakjesland. Love takes time. And there are very few things that are really urgent in life. Does it happen anyway? Did you think about a birthday present a little too late? Do you need that outfit for a special event? Then email us! Precisely because we are not machines but people, we are very happy to think along with you.

If something doesn't fit or I'm not satisfied, can I get my money back?

What you buy in our webshop is sent in your direction with a lot of love and a good dose of passion. Are you not 100% satisfied with your order? Then you can return or exchange it.

Everything must be in the original and undamaged packaging and the items must not have been used or worn.

You cannot return or exchange discounted items, jewelry, care products and lingerie.

We will refund the amount you paid for the returned item within 30 days after receipt of your return shipment.

What is the shipping cost for a postal package in Belgium?

Shipping to your home or to a collection point within Belgium costs 6.95 euros. Are you ordering for more than 150 euros? Then treats studio paus and you don't have to pay shipping costs.

You can always go ahead local pickup choose. Then you can pick up your order for free in our store (Zuidstationstraat 3/c, 9000 Ghent) after a notification from us.

I live abroad. Can I have my package delivered to my home?

Do you live in the Netherlands? Then treats studio paus on shipping costs for an order amount from 200 euros. Is the total amount of your order lower? Then shipping to the Netherlands costs 9.95 euros. Dutch people with a sense of adventure are - of course, just like everyone else - also welcome to pick up their parcel from our store.

Would you like to receive orders elsewhere? Send us a message via the contact form on the website or email contact@studiopaus.com. We are happy to discuss together what is possible and what price tag is attached to it.

Can I pick up my order myself?

Yes, you can always choose local pick-up. Then you can collect your order for free after a notification from us. We will send you an email as soon as everything is ready and then we ask you to pick up your package in our store (Zuidstationstraat 3/c, 9000 Ghent) within 2 weeks.

How can I return my order?

What you buy in our webshop is sent in your direction with a lot of love and a good dose of passion. Are you not 100% satisfied with your order? You can then return it by taking the following steps: notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order (contact@studiopaus.com). Please let us know which item you would rather not have
likes and why. Be sure to include your order number!

Return by post: you can return the item via a parcel service of your choice (the shipping costs for returns are for the buyer). Send everything to this address: studio paus, Zuidstationstraat 3/c, 9000 Ghent, Belgium. We will refund the amount you paid for the returned item within 30 days after receipt of your return shipment.

In the studio paus come and hand over (property).: Do you prefer to keep it a bit more personal? Then you can also bring your item into our store. Then you don't pay shipping costs.

NB! We only take back undamaged items. They must be in their original, undamaged packaging and must not have been used or worn. You cannot return discounted items, jewelry, care products and lingerie.

Can I exchange a purchased item?

You can exchange your order for free. Please let us know within 14 days of delivery via contact@studiopaus.com and/or visit our store (Zuidstationstraat 3/c, 9000 Ghent). Then you can exchange your item for another one that will raise the corners of your mouth. We only take back undamaged items. They must be in their original, undamaged packaging and must not have been used or worn.

NB! You cannot exchange discounted items, jewelry, care products and lingerie. If it is difficult to get to us, you can also return your item at your own expense via the parcel service of your choice (see above). Your order will then be refunded and you can place a new order.
