We do our utmost to get your order to your door as quickly as possible. We try to find a nice balance between work and family, so it may take 3 to 5 working days before your package is in the mail. This can sometimes be achieved earlier, but we prefer to give you a realistic timeframe rather than making empty promises. We are not and do not want to be a well-oiled machine like the giants in Pakjesland. Love takes time.

For shipping within Belgium - to your home or to a collection point (bpost) you pay 6.95 euros. If your order has an order amount of 150 euros or higher, we will cover the costs.

Parcels can always be picked up for free in our store. Then choose the 'local pick-up' option at check-out and we will leave your package ready for you at Zuidstationstraat 3/c in Ghent.

For shipments to our neighboring countries (the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg and France) you pay 9.95 euros. If the total amount of your order is 200 euros or more, we will cover the shipping costs.

Feeling like adventure? You are, like everyone else, very welcome to pick up your package from our store completely free of charge.
