Broth - beef (local pick-up only)

This organic beef stock is specially prepared with high-quality bones, good vegetables and a hint of lemongrass. 

The bone broth has a stronger, soothing taste and is good for your body. You can simply reheat it or use it to prepare tasty dishes.

Water, beef bones*, carrots* leek* celery*, fennel*, onions*, garlic*, apple cider vinegar*, lovage*, bay leaf*, salt, pepper*, lemongrass*.

You can enjoy Mon Bouillon as a drink during the day, or as the basis of a meal stock by adding fresh vegetables, noodles, grains, legumes or as a culinary basis for your risotto! 

The jars can be stored in a dry place, preferably away from light, until the date stated on the lid. After opening, place the stock in the refrigerator (4°) and consume within 3 days.
