Water, carrot*, mushroom*, leek*, seldery*, onion*, shiitake, fennel*, shallot*, ginger*, parsley*, gluten-free tamari* (water, soybean*, sea salt, alcohol, lactic acid, rice vinegar, A. Oryzae), vinegar*, lemongrass*, garlic*, olive oil*, salt, turmeric root*, thyme*, rosemary*, lovage*, bay leaf*, pepper*, cloves*.

You can enjoy Mon Bouillon as a drink during the day, or as the basis of a meal stock by adding fresh vegetables, noodles, grains, legumes or as a culinary basis for your risotto! 

The jars can be stored in a dry place, preferably away from light, until the date stated on the lid. After opening, place the stock in the refrigerator (4°) and consume within 3 days.
