Use

Add 1 scoop of THE DREAM to a glass of water or (vegetable) milk, about 45 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime: contains no added sugars. Do you want it a little sweeter? Then add some honey or a sweetener of your choice. You can drink it - cold or warm - every evening without waking up groggy in the morning!

About the creator

Zirtui was founded by Dr. Ellen Crabbe, PhD in Molecular Biology. After losing loved ones to cancer, Ellen began studying the molecular mechanisms behind disease development, inflammation and aging of the body. During her research, she developed a deep interest in nutraceuticals and how they can positively impact your health and longevity.
