The instructions
DE carbX works by blocking the enzymes that normally release glucose from your food. Therefore, it should be taken just before eating, usually 1 to 10 minutes. Take one capsule just before your first meal (1 to 10 minutes) and possibly a second before your last meal. You can take The Carb

Why?
A rising blood sugar level after a meal is a normal and healthy occurrence. Glucose provides our body with essential energy, so there is absolutely no need to demonize it. However, if the peaks in our blood sugar levels are too high too often, there may be risks involved. Chronically elevated blood sugar levels are associated with an increased risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Such a chronic increase also has a negative impact on your biological age (the age of your body, regardless of your date of birth). Insulin is the gatekeeper of our blood sugar and helps the body convert glucose into energy or store it as fat to use later. When blood sugar levels rise, insulin also rises. And if that happens too often and too much, you can run the risk of becoming insulin resistant. Insulin resistance is very complex, but it boils down to your body no longer responding to insulin as it should.
An excess of glucose in your blood could also result in the formation of AGEs (advanced glycation end products): and those AGEs can contribute to tissue damage and an increased risk of age-related diseases and inflammation. Stabilizing blood sugar levels can help slow the aging process and promote longevity.
