Use

Mix one teaspoon (3 g of creatine) with 200–250 ml of water or add it to your protein shake, smoothie or other Zirtui product. Store the product in a cool, dry place with the pouch tightly closed.

About the creator

Zirtui was founded by Dr. Ellen Crabbe, PhD in Molecular Biology. After losing loved ones to cancer, Ellen began studying the molecular mechanisms behind disease development, inflammation and aging of the body.
