Restorative herbal tea

This mix of Greek mountain tea, sage, chamomile and rock rose will help your body get back on track!

“When designing this tea, it was important to us to select herbs that would work harmoniously in both their therapeutic properties and their flavor profile. We wanted a blend that felt soothing and restorative while tasting delicate and pleasant. We combined our best-selling signature green and purple Greek mountain tea plant with the calming and relaxing properties of chamomile to naturally detox and rehydrate the body. We combined these herbs with the polyphenol-rich Cretan rockrose and the fragrant Pomifera sage from the Aegean Islands to reduce discomfort while providing a refreshing and herbaceous taste."

You need 1 teaspoon (about 1 g) per 250 ml cup, dose according to taste. Let it brew for 4-5 minutes at 95°C, covered. Strain and serve.

For optimal quality, place the tea in an airtight container. Storing the herbs properly is very important as it extends their lifespan. Avoid direct sunlight and humidity.
