Broth - chicken + turmeric (local pick-up only)

This stock is made from organic chicken bones that have been simmered for a long time with the right vegetables, herbs and a small amount of coarse sea salt.

Ingredients: 

Organic chicken carcasses (44%)*, carrot, celery*,leek*, onion*, garlic*, apple cider vinegar*, turmeric water*, salt, lovage*, bay leaf*, thyme*, rosemary*, cloves*.

You can enjoy Mon Bouillon as a drink during the day, or as the basis of a meal stock by adding fresh vegetables, noodles, grains, legumes or as a culinary basis for your risotto! 

The jars can be stored in a dry place, preferably away from light, until the date stated on the lid. After opening, place the stock in the refrigerator (4°) and consume within 3 days.
