Practical information
One new Kintsugi repair kit can be used multiple times to repair up to 10 items. You can use the kit on glass, wood, marble, hard plastics, etc. Make sure you read the manual before use.
Once you're done, let it dry for 48 hours to allow the glue to fully harden and then it's ready to use!
Kintsugi originated in the late 15th century when the Emperor of Japan sent his damaged pottery back to China for repairs. Upon returning, the emperor noticed that ceramics were being repaired with metal staples. He immediately instructed his craftsmen to come up with something more aesthetic. The result: kintsugi (gold repair). The art of kintsugi became so popular that collectors began deliberately smashing valuable pottery... so that it could be repaired with the gold seams of kintsugi.
