studio paus always tries to describe and present all goods and services in the webshop as accurately, correctly, completely and clearly as possible. However, all images, photographs, drawings or data regarding weights, dimensions, colors, images of labels, etc. are indicative. studio – Pope is in no way liable if goods or services are presented incorrectly, unclearly and/or incompletely, as well as for any damage that may result from this for the buyer or for third parties. These cannot therefore give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement.

All prices stated on studiopaus.com are expressed in euros and include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. The prices stated in the confirmation email you receive to confirm an order are the price you owe to studio – Pope. Special offers are only valid while supplies last. studio – Pope may change the price of a product or service at any time. Products are always invoiced based on the rates applicable at the time of conclusion of the agreement.
Any costs, taxes, customs and import duties as well as formal requirements associated with deliveries outside Belgium are fully borne by you as a buyer. studio – Pope is not liable for the consequences of non-compliance with certain payment, tax and/or declaration obligations associated with deliveries outside Belgium.
Delivery takes place while supplies last. Deliveries are made by the various logistics partners of studio – Pope via the Sendcloud shipping platform. Orders will be delivered to the delivery address specified by you or delivered to the collection point you choose if you opt for this shipping method.
In accordance with the rules of distance purchasing, studio – Pope will process orders within 30 days. If this is not possible, you will receive a message within 14 days after placing your order and in that case you have the right to cancel the order without costs. The latter may occur, for example, because the ordered item is out of stock or no longer available, because there is a delay for other reasons or because an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled.
studio – Pope is not liable if the delivery period is exceeded due to the carrier's actions, nor in the event of loss of the products or in the event of a strike. You are expected to be aware of the transport risks and should direct any questions in this regard to the carrier.
If an offer is subject to specific conditions or has a limited period of validity, we will clearly state this in our webshop. The descriptions of each item and service are as accurate as possible and sufficiently detailed to allow you to make a proper assessment of the product or service itself and the ordering process to purchase it.
An order is complete and the agreement between you as a buyer and studio paus is final as soon as the order is confirmed by email and as soon as studio paus receives approval from the card issuer for the payment transaction with credit or debit cards. studio paus accepts Visa, Mastercard and Bancontact. If the card issuer refuses to agree to the payment to studio paus, can studio paus cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery and/or non-delivery of the order. Orders without valid payment made in the name of the registered cardholder will not be accepted or processed.

If the goods delivered by us were damaged during transport, do not correspond to the items stated on the delivery note or do not correspond to the items you ordered, you must report this as soon as possible and certainly within 5 days and return the items to us within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Although studio paus does everything possible for satisfied customers, we cannot rule out that you have a complaint. As stated in these general terms and conditions, you are obliged to immediately check the delivered goods upon receipt. If it appears that the delivered product is incorrect, defective or incomplete, you must immediately report these defects in writing (before returning it to studio – Pope) via contact@studiopaus.com. You add the necessary descriptions and photos of the defects and send this within 5 days after delivery of the order to studio paus. studio paus undertakes to remedy the defects within a reasonable period in accordance with the obligations under applicable Belgian law.
According to the law of 21 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, consumers have legal rights. The statutory warranty period of two years is fully valid from the date of delivery.
Items are offered in the webshop while supplies last. If it turns out that the goods you purchased are no longer in stock, studio – Pope undertakes to inform you within fifteen calendar days and to send a credit note, which will cancel the order. You irrevocably waive any right and claim for damages that would arise from the termination of the sales agreement as a result of the depletion of stock.
In accordance with the Act of 6 April 2010 on market practices and consumer protection, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 calendar days from the day following delivery of the products. There is no right of withdrawal if the product and packaging are no longer in original, complete, undamaged and unused condition. If you do not return the delivered goods after this period has expired studio paus returned or returned, the purchase is a fact. Delays or failure to perform by our suppliers, internet disruptions, electricity disruptions, email traffic disruptions and disruptions or changes in technology supplied by third parties, transport difficulties, strikes, government measures, supply delays, negligence on the part of suppliers and/or manufacturers of studio paus as well as of auxiliary persons, defects in auxiliary or means of transport expressly count as force majeure.
studio paus In the event of force majeure, it reserves the right to suspend its obligations and is also entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, or to demand that the content of the agreement be changed in such a way that execution remains possible. Our guarantee is limited to the guarantee for hidden defects and the guarantee in the event of a consumer purchase, both provided for in the Civil Code. We are only liable for damage resulting from intent or gross negligence.
If a dispute arises arising from our cooperation agreement or agreements based on it, we will initially try to resolve it through impartial mediation. If we cannot resolve the dispute in this way, we will have our dispute settled by a competent court in the district of Ghent.
Both parties (you as a customer and us as a supplier) accept electronic communication (e.g. e-mail) as evidence.
