This concentrate of organic essential oils was created by and for women to relieve premenstrual (PMS) and menopausal symptoms.
How do you use it?
Apply to the neck (from bottom to top), to the temple, to the back of the ears and to the inside of your wrists. The essential oils are absorbed faster where the skin is thinnest and most permeable. Breathe in and let yourself come back to life. Can be used up to 4 times a day. You can also use the roller outside the premenstrual cycle in case of irritability or temporary imbalance. Apply to the palm of your hands and inhale slowly through your nose.
