Description: One of the few essential oils suitable for use with babies from 3 months onwards when well diluted. Useful in a massage oil for dull aches and pains. Also an excellent ingredient in skincare blends. It has a soothing effect both on the skin and the mind

Directions: For use in a diffuser, as a bath or massage oil. To create a massage or bath oil dilute up to 10 drops essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil.
