Workshop: coming home to yourself - self-care through the chakras (June 9: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM)

In daily life, a lot of attention is focused outside: on work, on others, on what still needs to be done. This workshop, led by Lien (founder of Onderhuids Coaching) and her partner Gust, invites you to look in a different direction. 

On a weekday Tuesday evening we travel inward through the 7 chakras for 2 hours (9/6 from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM). Not as an esoteric concept, but as concrete frameworks: they are a way to recognize and explore different layers within yourself. From stability and security over connection to expression and intuition.

For whom? For everyone who needs space. Space to feel what is there, and to discover what else is inside you. For anyone who would like to take a moment with us. No prior knowledge is necessary: ​​a curious eye and a lot of desire to take a break is more than enough. 

What can you expect?

1. We start with a short, clear introduction: what are the seven chakras, where do they originate. From that basis we explore how these inner anchor points can help you to better feel what you need.

2. We explore the chakras with simple, guided meditations in combination with positive affirmations that support body and mind and invite softness, balance and clarity. We start with the basics: with something to hold on to, with what you wear. We slowly move upwards. Finding your voice, clarifying your thoughts and feelings. Until you finally arrive at the bigger picture, at who you really are.

3. You get small “anchors” to take home. Thanks to these practical and tangible insights that you can use in your daily life, you can now come home to yourself more easily. 

It will be a gentle and accessible workshop that invites you to slow down, feel and reconnect with your own inner world.
